SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions.

By opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Living Waters Development, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. SMS messages are used for customer care communications related to service requests, estimates, scheduling, project coordination, support, and follow-up.

Phone numbers obtained during the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in consent and text message consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates.

The opt-in checkbox is optional, is not checked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase. You may also provide verbal consent when requesting service or support by phone.

Opt-Out Instructions

After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you opt in again. Additional Options

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, do not check the SMS consent box on our forms. You may still contact Living Waters Development by phone or email without opting in to SMS messages.
